  The owner was nice and professional. This was the second repair service to come out and fix my washing machine. I had problems with the first one. He ordered the part based on what I told him over the phone. I called him on a Monday, by Wednesday he was out with the part and fixed my machine. It was the lid lock. No problems, no issues. Most of all he was nice, friendly and did what he said he was going to do. I would recommend him to anyone.
